O Porto Innovation Hub (PIH) is promoting a new initiative called City Café, which aims to create an informal moment of collaborative dialogue between speakers and guests. This coffee break – inspired activity is participatory in nature and intends primarily to encourage collaboration among its participants once a month.

“Challenges in a More Digital Porto”
This cycle highlighted how the city of Porto has been promoting strategies that combine innovation and technology in different areas of activity, with the aim of responding to current challenges and preparing for the future. Throughout the sessions, topics such as artificial intelligence, civic participation, cultural and technological transformation, and structural changes that contribute to building more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable cities were explored in depth.
This cycle reinforced City Café as a space for dialogue and critical reflection, promoting knowledge sharing between different actors and consolidating the role of Porto Innovation Hub in fostering a culture of urban innovation.
