In 2020 we face the challenge of scaling up the tech organisation in our remote locations, namely Porto and Valencia.
We have worked in the Funnel Hiring project for a year now and it is time to review and understand what works, what doesn’t and shape our view to define our strategy to be able to attract and retain talent in a fast-changing market as Portugal.
