It has been available since July 15 and, since then, over 25,000 calls have been answered. On average, 825 calls are answered daily. These data confirm that the Porto. Line service is being highly sought after by the residents of the municipality.
And there are more numbers, which we now summarize:
- More than 11,000 registered calls were related to Urbanism issues;
- About 14,000 calls were made to report occurrences;
- Of all the calls received, 90% were answered;
- The average waiting time for calls was 30 seconds.
With the service, available through 220 100 220, Porto is now connected to only one number. The contact allows the residents to access all the municipal services. You can report occurrences – such as the presence of holes in the street, lost animals, the need to collect garbage, among others -, clarify doubts about administrative procedures and obtain useful information.
The Linha Porto. operates from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 7pm.
