DESCRIPTION:Agile is the new buzzword in the neighborhood\, and everyone wants to use/do it. But… Agile is much more than just a buzzword! \nIn this session\, we will be talking about what is Agile and how it can be used in your benefit: making you faster on delivering your work\, more focused on the work you really need to do\, and how to ‘start walking the road of Agile’. Also\, we will have a open discussion about how Agile can be helpful in the Service Design world and when and where can be applied. \nBio \nMy name is Mike Sousa and I am a (happy) Lead Agile Coach at kununu (a New Work company)\, and a CSP. My main objective is to lead teams to new levels of high-productivity through an Agile mindset. \nWhen I got my Master of Software Engineering\, in Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) I became a true “Agent of Change” and it is with that spirit that I want to keep my focus on continuously improve the state of software engineering\, creating a truly efficient and human-centered vision of software development. \n“Lead by example!” – I want to become a worthy Leader that sets the example for others\, allowing teams to perform at their best\, growing continuously and achieving high levels of delivery; and … have lots of fun while doing it!
